My Husband

My husband is really and truly my best friend. I can really be the real me all the time around him and he loves me straight through the good, the bad, and and the ugly (and I promise you there ARE all three, and that is in no certain order). There are so many reasons why I love him with all my heart but I want to list the top three today because I'm just feeling so grateful to have him in my life.

FIRST off I love his zeal and passion for God. I truly admire him for his relationship with Christ. It is so obvious to anyone who knows him that he loves God with all his might and that he truly has a servant's heart. Because of this he ministers to me daily without even trying.

SECONDLY he loves my son Joseph and his son Vincent. These boys are awesome and they don't know it just yet but they have a dad that loves them with a love that a lot of people don't even understand. He passionately loves them and longs to teach them the ways of the Lord.

THIRD (but definitely not the last) is because of the tender love and mercy he constantly shows me. I am FAR from perfect and to be honest a lot of the time I am loud and obnoxious. But despite of all this he will love me untill his last breath. He chose to give me his heart and he's never looked back. I know that he would never cheat on me, abuse me (physically or emotionally), and that he will always do his best to protect me from harm.

God really knew what he was doing when he created us for one another because he and I fit like cookies and milk.
